With the increasing of the diesel cars, the PM from the exhaust has becoming a big pollution to the environment, so the environmental regulations become increasingly strict. For this reason, DPF demand will further extend in the future.

Diesel particulate filter is used to remove black smoke(PM eg: Hydrocarbons, soot) from diesel engine exhaust, being a great contribution to the environment because of dealing with the exhaust from diesel engines, therefore, it will attract much attention from car manufacturers.

 

 

The characteristics of the wall flow honeycomb diesel PM trapping substrates as well as PM filters produced in our company are as follows:

Broad band filtration (the diameters of the filtered particles are 0.2-150 µm);

Low back pressure;

High filtration efficiency (can be up to70%-95%);

High refractory;
